Terms and Conditions

1. General Conditions

When a consumer purchases goods/services through this website, such a mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations “Regulations on Distance Contracts”, and other applicable legislation.

2. Purchasing Goods

The prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the respective products.

To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart. Fill in all the required information fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order, including delivery, will be displayed before confirming the order. Complete the payment to finalize your purchase.

3. Payment Terms

The currency used on the website is Euro (€). You may pay for your purchase using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv (Maksekeskus AS):

NB! When using online banking payment options, please confirm the order and click “Return to merchant” after completing the payment.

Personal data required to process payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The contract enters into force once the payment has been successfully received in the online store’s bank account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after receiving notification.

4. Delivery Terms

Products are delivered to the following destinations: Latvia and the European Union. Purchased goods are delivered using parcel terminal partners and courier services. All duties and taxes payable at the destination country must be covered by the Buyer. Delivery costs are displayed before confirming the order. Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 10 business days.
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to deliver within up to 45 calendar days, informing the customer accordingly.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the product. Depending on the nature of the product, the right of withdrawal may not apply; in such cases, the reason must be clearly stated and explained. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.

To use the 14 day right of withdrawal, the product may only be used for purposes necessary to verify its nature and functionality. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period. If the product is used inappropriately, damaged, mishandled, or instructions are not followed, or if the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount proportionally to the reduction in product value.

To excercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a withdrawal form which can be found here: withdrawal form,and send it to the e-mail address acr4edu@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The Buyer covers the cost of returning the goods, except where the reason for return is that the product does not match the order (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form. Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will refund all payments received from the Buyer under the Distance Contract without delay, but no later than within 14 days.

The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received from the Buyer or until proof of return has been provided.

The online store is not responsible for delays or failures to fulfil obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The online store reserves the right to refuse the sale of goods and request the return of goods from the Buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.

6. Consumer Rights for Products Not Conforming to the Contract

The online store is responsible for any non-conformity of the goods sold to the Buyer or defects that appear within 6 months from the date of delivery, unless such assumption is inconsistent with the nature of the goods or the defect. The Buyer must inform the Seller of the non-conformity immediately, within 2 months after discovering it, by submitting a complaint. The Buyer may submit a complaint by contacting the online store via e-mail: acr4edu@gmail.com .

The online store is not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer. If the goods have defects attributable to the Seller, the Buyer has the right to request the elimination of the defects or replacement of the goods free of charge.

If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller shall refund all payments made under the Distance Contract. The Seller shall provide a written response to the consumer’s complaint within 15 days.

7. Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data

The online store processes only the personal data provided by the Buyer when ordering goods, such as name, surname, e-mail, etc.

The online store transfers personal data to delivery service providers to ensure the delivery of goods.

If you have clearly consented to receiving our marketing communications, including newsletters, we may occasionally contact you with information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process the e-mail address you provided when subscribing to marketing communications. The Buyer may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us via acr4edu@gmail.com .

8. Dispute Resolution

For matters not covered in these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer and the Seller shall comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Any disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer shall be resolved through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties shall resolve the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with Latvian legislation. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may also be submitted to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

The Buyer also has the right to refer disputes to the European Union dispute resolution bodies.
